This policy explains how Ap Dhillon Mortgages ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal information on this website and through our partner client app, under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, preferred language and best time to call.
• What you tell us about your mortgage needs, and any calculator numbers you choose to send.
• If you use our partner client app: the mortgages, loans and bills you add, your alert preferences, and any requests or applications you send.

We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number or ID documents on this website or in the app.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request and assess your mortgage options.
• To send the reminders and alerts you turn on in the app.
• To send market updates or offers only if you separately agree to them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information. We share it with a lender or insurer only with your permission, as part of a mortgage application.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored with our service providers in Canada (database in the Canada Central region), protected by encryption in transit and access rules that limit it to you and Ap Dhillon Mortgages.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you are a client or have an open request, and as long as the law and our brokerage require after that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. In the client app you can also use Get help and choose "Something else".
